Full Paper-Poster Presentation
for Presentation Contest/ for Presentation Only
Terms
- Paper submissions can be submitted in both full paper and abstract formats. Abstract submissions will be published in the abstract book only, without publishing in the conference proceedings.
- For presentations, each presenter can choose either a poster presentation or an oral presentation. All oral presentations will be subjected to the presentation contest. For poster presentations, the presenters can choose to participate/or not participate in the presentation contest.
- The presenters can choose to present their work either online or onsite and are required to give their presentations at the specific times scheduled by the conference committee. For full paper submissions, if the presenters do not show up as scheduled, their works will not be published in the proceedings. In all cases, the conference fees cannot be refunded.
- การส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมประชุมวิชาการสามารถส่งได้ทั้งในรูปแบบบทความฉบับเต็ม (Full paper) และบทคัดย่อ (Abstract) ทั้งนี้การส่งผลงานเในรูปแบบบทคัดย่อจะได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในหนังสือรวมบทคัดย่อ (Abstract book) เท่านั้น โดยไม่ได้จัดตีพิมพ์ในรายงานสืบเนื่องจากการประชุมวิชาการ (Proceedings)
- การนำเสนอผลงานผู้ส่งผลงานสามารถเลือกการนำเสนอในรูปแบบโปสเตอร์ (Poster presentation) และการนำเสนอปากเปล่า (Oral Presentation) โดยทุกผลงานที่นำเสนอแบบปากเปล่าจะต้องเข้าร่วมการประกวดการนำเสนอผลงาน ส่วนการนำเสนอผลงานในรูปแบบโปสเตอร์ผู้ส่งผลงานสามารถเลือกที่จะเข้าร่วม/หรือไม่เข้าร่วมประกวดการนำเสนอผลงานได้
- ผู้ส่งผลงานจะต้องนำเสนอผลงานในรูปแบบ online หรือ onsite จะต้องนำเสนอผลงานตามกำหนดการที่คณะกรรมการกำหนดไว้ และสำหรับการส่งผลงานในรูปแบบ full paper หากผู้ส่งผลงานไม่มานำเสนอตามกำหนดการจะไม่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ใน Proceedings และจะไม่คืนเงินค่าสมัครไม่ว่าในกรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
